Cleanroom-Compatible Conductive Pen-Type Adhesive Cleaner (No Adhesives or Silicone Used) In cleanrooms, static electricity and charge prevention products are used to prevent the adhesion of dust and particles. This product employs conductive materials in both the shaft and tip, resulting in an excellent surface resistance value of 10^8 to 10^9 [Ω], effectively preventing charge separation and frictional charging that can occur during work, thus protecting against electrostatic damage. Additionally, it does not use adhesives or silicone, preventing glue residue and residual ions. The pen tips are available in four types: ultra-fine 0.3mm, fine 0.5mm, cylindrical 1.2mm, and square 2mm, allowing for the removal (collection) of foreign substances and debris from narrow gaps and fine uneven surfaces. Debris attached to the pen tip can be transferred to a dedicated transfer sheet, allowing for continuous use. The pen tips and transfer sheets can be reused simply by rinsing with pure water and drying. (The shaft is common across all sizes.)
